Hello Global Tribe of PhyreKeepers (GTOP)!
01/24/2020 – Our 4th Vlog completes on the 3 Part subject of the Blisterless, Callousless (HD) Hand Drill method.
Once again, I reference the African Maasai Technique of doing (HD) Hand Drill. I have posted another different Maasai (HD) Hand Drill video below my VLOG video as a source of learning the difference between what I call “Sprinting” and “Jogging/Running.”
In my opinion, (HD) Hand Drill and (BD) Bow Drill are the most well known and “popular” of the Phryction PhyreKeeping culture. It’s almost as if all the other Methods are just vague myths and legends and are RARELY demo’ed. (HD) Hand Drill seems to have become the “Mt. Everest” between these 2 “popular” Methods. Most PhyreKeepers know, learn and do (BD) Bow Drill, and then the goal is to move on to the “more impressive” technique of (HD) Hand Drill in this False Dichotomy… There is a Universe of many other Methods (Basics) waiting for you to Discover and Explore…
The MAIN THING I wish to press upon all those who wish to train in (HD) Hand Drill – the ideology and practice that you have to build up callouses is BS.
I don’t say this in the VLOG, but it is my recommendation that you only do a maximum of TWO (HD) Hand Drills (whether you suceed with a Coal or not) OR no more that 3 minutes of spinning A DAY. And if your hands begin to get sore or hot spots, STOP! “STOP THE MADNESS!”
Also, in this VLOG, if I have not demonstrated that I need a 12 Step program for my Phryction PhyreKeeping, I definitely need an “Intervention” now… I give a glimpse of “PhyreHacks” to come. “The Ghost of Phryction PhyreKeeping Future.”
Still VERY busy trying to update my PhyreDojo site and fulfilling Orders while making these VLOGS and Balancing Life in general…
As always, Phyre Dojo is available and here to support the Global Tribe of PhyreKeepers toward Mastery of Phryction PhyreKeeping.
